I hate to leave such a bad review because this just so happens to be my favorite restaurant in town and I eat here at least once a week, but the owners need to be notified that certain workers are ruining the reputation of their establishment and something needs to be done. In just the past few months, I’ve been greeted with nothing but rudeness and hostility. When I eat here in early afternoons, I never have this issue and am always greeted with a smile. In the evenings, though, it is a completely different story. The last time I was here, the teenage boy with dark hair and glasses was cussing at the teenage girls who were helping me. Love this place !! The staff does a great job and the food is fantastic.. their soft serve ice cream is the best I have had in a long time .. not to mention they are very reasonably priced .. perfect place For a summer treat..

Southside Scoops isn’t the place it used to be. The prices keep increasing, yet the quality of service keeps decreasing. If something is wrong with your order, do not waste your time calling because the teens working will gaslight you instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. I have ordered the Scoops Burger plenty of times to know it comes with toppings, as it should come being priced at nearly $5.00! Yet to my surprise, when I got home and opened the wrapper, I received just a plain burger and a bun! NEVER have I gotten a plain burger when I’ve ordered the Scoops Burger. I’ve always been asked if I’d like to add cheese, which I always say no, and the other toppings still come on the burger. The employee didn’t ask anything. It was about average for ice cream. Decent prices but I was not too impressed with the white chocolate raspberry icecream it tasted grainy and left me disappointed. Banana split and hot fudge Sunday family had were okay.

There is a girl who is tall and wears glasses who has a horrible attitude. I’m almost to the point where I want to avoid this place because of her. She is always so hateful.
