South of Cloud has become my comfort spot for a warm, delicious meal. Their signature Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodles are a complete experience - the rich broth, fresh ingredients, and assembly process make it both fun and incredibly tasty. The Steam Pot Chicken is another must-order; the soup is clear, flavorful, and feels nourishing. We balanced it with their simple but perfectly cooked tofu and greens.
a hidden gem in Greenwich village area! My fav was the chicken soup - super rich, comporting and amazing portion. The Yunnan noodle was packed with so many different types of proteins; worth the buck. Would def visit when I’m in the area. Staff members were kind too
Had the best dinner with the girls — everything was delicious and the service was super attentive! Ft. Signature Yunnan Crossing Bridge with silky noodles and rich broth, Black Truffle Fried Rice (our fav!) good balance of eggs and truffle, Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with the perfect spice, Chili Beef Tripe that’s bold and flavorful, and a refreshing Cucumber Salad. Drinks like Shine Muscat, Green Grape & Lychee Apple Rose were light, not too sweet, and paired perfectly with the meal.🫶🏻✨
Tangy, sour, spicy, yummy!!! This soup has such a good flavor range - I literally went wow inside me haha. It was a yummy soup. Wish I got more meat instead of minced meat (I don’t like minced meat in soup and noodles in general). The service is quick and friendly. Also I hate the fact that there is no physical menus - bring back physical menus please!!!
The signature rice noodles, the crispy tofu, and the squid were all really good. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The service was nice and the place felt comfortable. I really enjoyed my meal here, and I’ll definitely come back again next time.
