South Lake Pizza

We moved back to this area near nine yrs ago. I will not name other places in same radius, from Lake Stevens DT to Snohomish to Monroe to Clearview & Granite-the options are pretty obvious. If I was to put South Lake Pizza on a scale(literally) to compare same sizes elsewhere, BIG WIN. Their red sauce is delicious & their MAX Toppings Pizzas EG: Barge & LakeStevens Select(NOT shown on DoorDash-PLZ update DD menu☺️I can't drive some days) would outright weigh TWICE or more to all the others around. It is not just about weight, it is quality. These two pies, 'Moose' size were my only experiences with South Lake, yet. My once a week 'Comfort Food' $ splurge makes several more meals for a Couple or two larger guys after working outdoors and hungry. This is big contrast to competition in regard

I haven’t had a bad experience with South lake pizza…until tonight. 🫤 So this is rating this particular experience only… The delivery wasn’t a problem at all…The food was not up to par. The pizza crust was very hard and overcooked, and it wasn’t cut all the way through. The first slice we grabbed, the topping came off the pizza, so I had to get out my pizza cutter to cut each slice to avoid the toppings from sliding off the crust. The Philly cheesesteak grinder, barely had any meat on it, it was mostly veggies.😔 I know it’s a Friday night, it’s extremely busy, and it’s a small establishment, but for the price we paid we expected to get what we paid for🙁. So, I was thinking - just got done with some woodworking, why not treat myself to some pizza! I almost went to Papa John's but I thought, why not try a local business - and I'm SO glad I did. South Lake pizza is bomb. Kaden, Alexis, and Breana were my servers and they all did a wonderful job - my request was a bit picky, I admit, but they cooked it to perfection! Couldn't ask for better! Honestly, probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

We have lived in lake stevens for 8 years, and never tried this place. We don't eat out often, with two toddlers and another on the way it just isn't always in the budget. I had a coupon so we decided to try it out today since our son loves pizza. I can't express how glad I am we did try this place! The pizza was absolutely amazing!!! We tried the Philly pizza and the Pineapple pizza. There are very few things I can eat now at 6 months pregnant that don't give me the ick..but south lake pizza is NOT one of things. The service was absolutely amazing as well! My husband picked up the food, and he only had great things to say. It's great to have a superior option beside the big chain and Costco pizza. The variety of specialty and the extra options such as additional ingredients on just one half is a bonus also. We had the Dubuke and green salad, which was fresh and crisp. The service is also above standard; the night I was there Aiden made sure to call me by name and was quite curtious. Will be the go to for days like today, my son's 18th.
