Very nice place to go and have a nice time with friends. This time we tried the drinks and appetizers and they were pretty good. Live music as you can see. The service was really good and the appetizer as well also on Thursdays they appetizers half the price !

AMAZING service! I have food sensitivities and the chief was happy to accommodate! Two delicious chicken breasts made to order. The wait staff was attentive and kind. Highly recommend! (Space was clean and spacious!)

Fantastic! The wings were perfection! Crispy and juicy... Saucy but not overwhelming. Ice cold beer with my wings was the best pairing. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spicy jalapeno burger but hands down the best fries in Lufkin!

Ate lunch here during the friendsgiving market. Small menu, they must have good wings because its majority of their menu. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The burger was pretty good, very juicy and fresh. The fries were average. The service was typical, nothing outstanding. Would I stop here again if I was back in town, most likely not.

If you haven’t had Tito toss your wings, or Jacob make you a burger, or Meg (or any of the wonderful barkeeps here!) make you a G&T or a (beautifully!) dressed Modelo, you MUST go to South First! Great food, kind people (including most of our fellow patrons!), and great atmosphere!
