Super cute ice cream spot. The interior design is incredible - a lot of iconic and dessert themed art pieces. Good selection of flavors. Some are too sweet, some are good - give a try first. Also very friendly team. Can fully recommend when in Lufkin!

We walked over after having lunch at The Axe, and right away we loved how clean the outside area was—fake grass, a very cool mural, and a fun vibe overall. As soon as we stepped inside, you could smell the sweetness of the ice cream, waffle cones, and all the candy displayed around the shop! While we were checking out the ice cream options, we were greeted and asked what we’d like. We both went with one scoop: my wife chose the Michigan Pothole, which was super chocolatey and loaded with tasty chocolate bits, and I got the butter pecan in a waffle cone—and wow, that was a huge scoop! Both ice creams were creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. We also picked up a Sky Bar, which is such a cool candy bar with four different fillings in one! My wife and I came over with my daughter and granddaughters while they was shopping for a dress. We discovered this place very laid-back area of artificial grass where kids was playing real beautiful wall that you painted ice cream shop plus any old candy you would want just an all around. Great place to spend a Sunday afternoon. My wife commented to me and said it's almost like we're in Mayberry.

Downtown scoop is a very cute kid and family friendly place. We only spent only 20 bucks for four people. It was very tasty. One thing I would complain about was the video game machines are very loud and annoying and ruined the experience a little
