South Block

I usually get the loaded PB&J bowl, I’ve never been disappointed in the flavor, presentation or time it takes to fulfill the order. I usually order ahead, though it says 15 minutes for an ASAP order I’ve never waited that long. It’s always clean in this location and staff is very friendly. Only “bad thing” is there’s no street parking directly in front of the building so you have to park down half a block or in the parking garage behind the building.

I like south block. I do... however, finding plastic in your Smoothie is not ideal. You need to rinse out the blender mixing tubs better. Then I decided to rinse out the rest of smoothie in a strainer. I ended up spitting out smaller pieces. Its clearly from the bristle brush you use to clean the tub out to reuse. As you can see, the plastic is not removed before reusing on the next drink. I'll keep the plastic pieces and drop off with Manager.

Fast efficient and friendly service! I have ordered in person and via the app for this South Block location and each time has been flawless. The order is always faster than anticipated, but there's a cold area where they keep your order, so it doesn't thaw. Smoothies and bowls are freshly made with super fresh ingredients. It's very easy to customize anything (add or subtract or substitute an ingredient). Anything with peanuts has a special sticker. You don't like what you ordered? Let them know and they'll remake it. Staff are always really friendly! The store is colorful, clean and even has swag for sale if you're into that kind of thing.

Great place to get a somewhat healthy acai bowl. They have several kinds, and some are healthier than others. My personal favorite is the Nutella bowl. The service is pretty good, and the atmosphere is decent. There is plenty of parking on the street and garage.
