Blazin Treatz

Blazin Treatz is officially my new go-to spot. I ordered the banana strawberry Nutella crepe and it was absolutely amazing. The crepe itself was perfectly made — soft, warm, and lightly crisp on the edges. The bananas and strawberries were fresh, sweet, and generously portioned, and the Nutella was rich and perfectly melted throughout. Every bite was balanced and delicious. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take their time preparing the food. It wasn’t rushed — it was made fresh and tasted incredible. On top of that, the service was great. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Clean space, great vibe, and delicious desserts. If you’re in Ashburn and craving something sweet, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back

Top notch stuff, pistachio latte was the best I’ve had in a long time. Crepe and Dubai chocolate cup paired really well. Customer service and ambience were above and beyond, would highly recommend!

The design of the place felt modern and the options for the flavors were plentiful. The milkshakes had a great milky flavor and tasted like the ingredients were high quality.
