Authors Ice Creams & Coffee

During our recent trip to two U.S. States and D.C. trying various ice creams I the road, I came to certain conclusion that there is none better that Authors Ice Cream. The quality is tastable and the service is great too. If you want a coffee kick try there affogato with any ice cream you desire….🍨…love it. I’ll be back soon!

Hands down my go-to spot for ice cream and coffee!!! 1. You can immediately taste the freshness of their flavors 🍦 2. I love how they have both the classics along with seasonal & exciting house-made flavors to try - the fall fix, & my favorite mango 🤩 3. The espresso and coffee beans are locally sourced, so rich, creamy quality of latte’s & coffee drinks ☕️ 4. Cozy interior to hang out with friends & family & grab a picture for the ‘Gram 📸 And most importantly, it’s a family-owned business, so loved the service & how kind the staff were! They always ask for honest feedback & ways to improve whether it’s the drinks, ice cream, or your experience! Must add to the top of your list if you haven’t been yet 🔥

From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of delightful—largely thanks to Aya, whose service was exceptional. Aya went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She patiently guided us through the flavor lineup, offering thoughtful suggestions and letting us sample as many as we wanted without ever rushing us. Great little cozy coffee and ice cream shop around One Loudoun. A little off the beaten path sort to speak. Great service and friendly. I ordered the pistachio affagato and pistachio ice cream with cone both were great. I highly recommend the pistachio ice cream. It tastes great and had a fantastic texture. The ambiance is OK with decent seating and small outdoors tables. Will surely come again.

I visited Authors Ice Cream and Coffee today and ordered one of their lattes instead of ice cream. I tried their Kulfi Latte, and while I wish they had lower fat milk options available, I still enjoyed the latte, though it was slightly heavy on the cardamom flavouring. Service was good and the cafe was clean and nicely decorated. Thanks :)
