Delicious Israeli style Mediterranean food. Conveniently located, well priced, and absolutely delicious. The portions are gigantic and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that this “plant based” eatery is now serving chicken after marketing itself as vegan for years. The switch is disheartening and means there’s some false advertising on their menu and materials. Still worth it for the vegan options, just know that they serve meat now.
Great food at a good value. Had the Sabich platter. They fry eggplant fresh - looks like they do the same for the falafel. Their hummus is fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed overall and had enough left over to share. Small spot with some but not much seating and no restroom.
5/5 – Absolutely the best chicken shawarma I’ve had in ages! This place completely nailed it. The chicken was perfectly spiced, juicy, and so flavorful – you can tell they actually care about the marinade. But what really blew me away was how fresh everything else was. Juicy tomatoes, crunchy peppers, tasted like they were just chopped – no wilted veggies here! And the sauce (that creamy goodness?) – oh man, it was next level. Generous portion, perfectly balanced, Every bite was fresh, vibrant, and downright delicious. If you’re craving real, authentic chicken shawarma that actually tastes homemade and full of life, this is your spot. Highly recommend – I’m already planning my next visit!
Cannot explain how good this place is. The best I have had outside the middle east! Falafel perfectly crisp and ALWAYS fresh. The sabich sandwich is unreal. Always making it fresh which is KEY! And the salads that go in the pita or in the bowl are really good quality. Been here about 5 times now and each time really great!
The best falafel in NYC! I’m not even a big fan of falafel, but this one is so good with amazing products.
