Sonic Drive-In

Went to sonic tonight 2/18/2026 Noticed the stalls were up and working so we pulled up to them to figure out our order, pushed the button waited, it went back to the regular screen three times! So I was like what’s going on. We pulled up to the drive through and asked the lady if the stalls were not working, she replied no that’s why we don’t have them on, I replied that they in fact are on and thy should have put up sign, she replied to me rudely again what do you want I said I needed a sec.! Said if I was going to be so rude to leave, I said I will and and I’ll speak with your manager and asked her name where she did not reply to me. I said what are you scared? Now not speaking, I went to the window to again ask her name where she told me to come back tomorrow and talk to her manager but

The order boards were broken. We sat there for 8 minutes waiting for our order to be taken before we realized they were down. We went to the drive through to order. There were 2 cars in front of us. We waited 10 more minutes to get our order in. Come to find out their drive through speaker was faulty broken too. They couldn’t hear what we were ordering and we couldn’t hear them either. It took another 10 minutes to get the food. We had been in our car for 15 hours when we stopped if we knew it was going to take a half hour, we would have sat down to eat somewhere and had a good meal. The food was gross and my milkshake was wrong. It was a complete waste of $35 for a hotdog meal, burger meal and a kids meal. Nasty. Fly cooked into my fries. I noticed the green chile looked weird and moved it around and there it was.

One of our orders wasn’t acknowledged for a while, the servers were alright. It seems like that had a rough day. The food was good for a sonic, and it was pretty clean. We were able to eat on the benches outside and it was pretty good! Once the orders were put in the food came out fairly quickly

Sat at the drive thru for 5 min....went to a stall and pushed thr button...waited another 5 min. We were literally the only car there. Called the number and no answer. Definitely not a great look at 10am
