Sonic Drive-In

This place felt completely unsafe, even in broad daylight. I was here with my family, and a man who looked like a homeless person stared at my mother while she was simply taking photos of the restaurant’s atmosphere. He suddenly shouted at her, saying it was “not allowed ” to take pictures. When I asked the staff if he worked there, they said no. But only a few minutes later, the manager himself came out of the kitchen, went straight to that man, and they laughed loudly together as if they were friends. To make things worse, they were openly smoking cigarettes and using vapes right at the table next to the kitchen door, in front of everyone. This is absolutely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. I would never recommend this Sonic to anyone, and I will never come back.

Terrible place to eat! Took us 10 mins at the drive thru window to get our food. The employee walked away from the window. Another employee was just sitting on the floor doing absolutely nothing while everyone was waiting. 2 cars left the line cause they took so long. Then we get our food home and the had no bun on top. My husband just went back very mad. We will never go there again.

I am a ride-share delivery person part-time. This evening at approximately 9:00 pm, I went to pick up an order for delivery. I waited by the employee entrance (I did not enter) until I was acknowledged by an employee. He was very pleasant and kind and went to continue preparing orders and said he would bring the one I was waiting for in a moment. The manager on call asked him about the order and the manager proceeds to trash talk all delivery drivers. Saying we feel entitled and coming to the door doesn't mean we get to cut the line. And that was putting it nicely because he was cursing as he said it. Doing this part-time for nearly 5 years, 99% of restaurants prioritize delivery food. Further, all the worker had to say was you have to pick up delivery food from the drive thru. Simple! The

been coming here for months bruh finally had enough i just got my life changed and i come to get a soda and my orders rang in wrong + soda given to me completely spilled over cup thx donte n willow real great customer service bruh sonic is off the late night snack rotation officially w this or maybe we just gotta go to holly hill n see if they’re worth anything

I went to sonic on my way to work. I had a very simple order. Foot long hot dog with ketchup, cheese, and onions. The guy could NOT get the order right!!!!!!! He first said, Are you wanting a hamburger. No i want a foot long hot dog with .... I dont understand. What number do you want on the menu board. Had to repeat again. Ok, you want a chilly dog. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! He finally got the order and I did eventually say, ITS JUST A HOT DOG , NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!! I was the only one in line and waited 20 minutes. Got to work and my hot dog was ice cold, cheese not melted and did not look or taste like the hotdog was cooked!!!! It was like taking a hot dog out of the fridge and putting it on a old stale cold bun. Absolutely horrible!! I have been here many times over the years with no problem
