Sonic Drive-In

I came yesterday it wasn’t busy at all around 11am. I ordered the triple smasher with a small mozzarella stick. I had this same experience before. When I get my meal, they didn’t give me my drink so I had to turn around. First she rang up my order as if I asked for two meals. Never mentioned that. So had to wait for someone to fix it. Then I get my meal and it doesn’t have 3 smash patties. It has one patty with lots of burnt meat crumbs. As I was turning around for my drink I asked one of the ladies is this a triple and she said yes. Hmm when I go to other Sonic’s it’s totally different especially in Kansas City. It’s like your charging people for a single burger and then add crumbs of meat to make it look like something. And I didn’t order a medium mozzarella sticks. the person who is tak

No reason to order through the mobile app as they will tell you that you don’t have an order and to go through the drive through and tell you they are to busy for you. If you want to get dismissed and told you don’t have an order placed, this is the place for you! You want the employees to yell at you? This is the place for you! Jerri needs better customer relations training or find a place where they aren’t interacting with customers.

We ordered using our phone. Parked in the designated area (mobile order) and checked in. Spot next to us filled up and left 3 times before our order was brought to us. Thing is, we only ordered drinks. Normally this Sonic is relatively fast. Maybe Sonic was having a bad time at the moment.

Another update- Ordered a hickory burger- hickory sauce, onions, bacon, and cheese... they forgot the sauce. They read it back correctly but left off the sauce. Not good. How do you forget the hickory sauce on a HICKORY BURGER??? Isn't that what makes it a hickory burger? C'mon! My onion rings were great but not good enough to make up for giving me a dry burger. I tried to call for a half hour but the phone was busy. Update- We have been several times with no issues. Loving the bacon cheeseburger with hickory sauce and am happy they have BigRed on fountain. The staff is super friendly, orders have been accurate and they are way faster than McDonald's! Way faster! Adding a star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will go back! I love Sonic. Had the fish sandwich and it was hot and bigger than McDonald’s and crispy hot onion rings. Very tasty
