Echelon Coffee

2nd stop on my Ozark Coffee Trail list! What a cute little café! I love the open space and huge windows to let all the light in! So clean and aesthetic! I got their Black Salt Mocha off the secret Ozark Coffee Trail menu and it was good! Coffee flavor was delicious! What I loved even more was their gluten free blueberry muffin! It's always a delight to find coffee shops with gluten friendly pastries! Outdoor seating was very vibey and they have a drive through as well if you're on the go! Definitely recommend!

Great coffee shop at a new plaza in the outskirts of my hometown Republic. The perfect place for coffee and a treat for my birthday, which was this Tuesday. I ordered The Formation Latte and an Askinosie brownie. They were both great.

Great coffe shop in a location that needed one. Quality drinks, food & service. I expect to be here often. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic!

Best coffee, nice employees and fun decor. Don't sit by the drive through, car exhaust comes in the window.

We visit Echelon almost every time we are in Springfield, and have always loved our visits. This was my first visit to this new location, and I just used the drive-through. I ordered an extra-dry cappuccino with raw sugar. The person that took my order then tried to explain to me that they "usually don't put syrup in their 'traditional' cappuccino, but I could get a latte instead." A latte and cappuccino are NOT the same. She then tried to explain to me what a "traditional cappuccino" is. What she explained to me was too much milk for a cappuccino, and sounded more like a latte. I finally convinced her to put brown sugar in a cappuccino for me. I have ordered cappuccinos all over the world. I know what a cappuccino is. And no, it's not a Starbucks cappuccino.
