Sonic Drive-In

This is our 2nd visit to Sonic Rainsville Al. We have gotten the New Smash Burger Combos which @ $6 for a Burger, Side, Drink is an absolute Deal!!! At the Rainsville location, They cook the best Hot, Fresh, and Delicious “ Smash Burgers” You need to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Here I was thinking Sonic in rainsville had gotten so much better. So disappointed tonight. Did an online order. Didn't realize that the soft pretzel sticks don't come with cheese dip anymore. Called back in and Asked for two cups. Whole $0.65 and sat in the parking lot another 5 minutes. No one ever brings them out. It's not like you got to cook it. You literally pull it off a shelf and walk it out to me. Nothing so over it!!!

During our visits, the drive-through attendants have often appeared rude. While the food is generally satisfactory, the slow service and lack of enthusiasm from the staff are noticeable. It seems to be an inconvenience for them to do their jobs.

I used to come here often and it was good, but this is the 2nd time I've gotten no good food from here.. all we ordered was a kids burger meal.we waited 15 minutes to get this.. The fries were old + chewy and the burger was so cold it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. two bites was plenty enough to tell. 😕

10/10 delt with my pregnant wife on the phone after ordering Uber and was super nice the whole time.
