Sonic Drive-In

New and friendly staff. We decided to eat lunch inside. The men’s restroom needs attention.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’d give it a 0 if I could. Have had nothing but problems. First time I came I had a screw in my tater tots!! Yes like a whole screw. Nothing but rude, disrespectful employees. Their side menu ordering or whatever it is, is never available. Food takes forever. Definitely not worth time, money, or gas to ever go to! Never heard anything good about this place.

If I could I would give this Sonic location negative stars. I was stuck in the drive through and decided to go in to order. The cashier at the counter looked up and continued doing other side tasks off to the side. After waiting there for about 6 or 7 minutes with no staff interaction, I left. No one ever came to the register to take my order. There was only 2 other customers at the time so the store wasn’t even busy! Where was the manager?! I also noticed the car holding up the drive-thru was still sitting at the drive-thru order speaker so I’m guessing they where never helped either. I’m never coming here again! 👎

I decided to treat myself this morning. I am lactose intolerant and was craving a milkshake. I ordered a large strawberry shortcake shake. It was 10 am. As it was handed to me the top popped off. Great. I hurry to get to work. As I take my first sip, after cleaning my arm and the cup it tastes weird. I take another drink and the taste is unmistakable. Rotten strawberries. Yup. $8.00 and no treat just moldy strawberries. Thanks for the outstanding food processes.

We had a really frustrating experience at this Sonic. Our breakfast burritos were made completely wrong. The Jr. sausage burrito had no eggs or sausage—just bacon, cheese, and hashbrowns. My husband’s burrito was also incorrect. On top of that, my cherry limeade came with no cherries and no limes. We went inside to have the order remade, but there was no one at the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone came out. When they finally remade everything, the order was still wrong. Overall, it was disappointing and a waste of time. Definitely hoping management can improve the accuracy and attentiveness here.
