Good Liquid Brewing - Parrish Creekside Commons

Overall, this was a nice little place and I plan on returning to try some more things from their menu. The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. On this visit, we had the Patty Melt eggs rolls, which were absolutely divine, and the GLBC Nachos, which, IMO, was disgusting. I feel like it's really hard to mess up nachos, but they were so bad that, my garbage disposal of a boyfriend couldn't eat them. The BBQ pulled pork that was on the nachos was like eating straight sugar and it did not pair well with the rest of the toppings. Also, the GLBC beer cheese was flavorless and watery. One of the best meals my wife and I have experienced in a local area. We’ve been to GLBC at waterside, but this one is by far the best. For the value, quality and atmosphere You can’t beat this place. The manager Steven was very personable and spoke with us for a good while and Felicia (bartender) work are absolutely great. We’re so happy this is here in Parrish and we will be coming here at least weekly. Do yourself a favor and come try this new restaurant.

Tried this place the other night for dinner for the first time and pretty much found it to be a standard bar food type restaurant. They have a pretty diverse menu and everything tasted good if you were in the mood for bar food. Service was super friendly, and attentive.

My wife and I visited this Good Liquid after a day trip to The White Oak Cottage. We have previously been to the Good Liquid in Lakewood Ranch and were hoping this location matched it. While it did not meet those same expectations the meal was not without some merit. My wife loved her fish and chips, which came to the table hot. The fish was not too battery and had a nice flavor. My meal, however, was not as good. While the bacon cheeseburger did taste very good, it arrived very pink. I always order my burgers well done and this one definitely missed that mark. That being said, this was certainly not our server, Lacy's, fault. She was very attentive and made sure to mark on the order I wanted my burger well done. The food was excellent fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations, and it’s obvious the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve. Service was just as impressive, attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. But what truly made this visit stand out was the General Manager, Steven. Steven went above and beyond in a way that’s rare to see. He was present, engaged, and clearly invested in both his guests and his team. You can tell immediately that the high level of service starts with his leadership. He checked in, made sure everything was perfect, and did so with warmth and professionalism that made us feel truly valued as guests!
