Sonic Drive-In

I was in a hurry and did not feel like getting out of the car so I stopped at Sonic. It was very easy to order on the drive up menu. The food came out hot and very quickly. The carhop who brought the food out was very nice and everything was correct. I had ordered a hot dog with chili on it with french fries and a drink. The food was good. It is a good place to eat if you're in a hurry.

Re: Navasota Sonic ONLY: I don't know what happened to Sonic but the food is just not as good as it use to be. The staff are all untrained. My order is typically wrong every single visit. The people consistently get my order wrong at the drive-thru order box. The girls that deliver your food are sweet and honestly trying to do a good job and I always tip well, even though my orders are wrong, lol. Sad but true.

Never have I ever had a place get my order wrong and then ask for the entire bag back to dig through and replace the 1 wrong item. Better customer service would have been to just give me the correct item. Also the app wouldn't work.

I ordered on the app thinking it was quicker than waiting and extra 2 min here. I ended up waiting for 15min for one medium drink!!!! They had 2 people bring out orders, all of the stalls full. Seems to be under staffed yet no one seems to show any rush to bringing things out. No reason to be waiting for 15 +min for one drink.

You will find the typical Sonic atmosphere here, minus any skates. Always love when they have the throwback skates on! Service is quick, friendly, easy to get in and out of, and what you expect when you think of a quick meal from Sonic. I've never had an issue with this location. UPDATE: Came back, and my tots had like a half inch of actual grease at the bottom of the container...made a nice mess...
