Sonic Drive-In

I was very happy with my order, the only concern I have is that I was going to order the $6 smash burger meal and was told that is only through the app. Well I googled it and that says you can order in the app OR drive up OR drive thru. Not what is the deal? Can you or can you not order it? Thank you for answering my review, but you didn't answer my question. CAN YOU ONLY ORDER THE $6 SMASH DEAL THROUGH THE APP OR ANWHERE OTHER THAN THE APP. THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO KNOW.

We arrived at sonic on a cool November night, intending to partake in mozzarella sticks and dirty Dr. Peppers. As weary travelers, we were expecting exceptional service—or at least any service. We were sorely disappointed and fear we will go hungry. I can only hope that there were no workers present at the establishment, as it is the only explanation for such treatment.

After waiting 10+ minutes, from an online order, with no indication that my order had been acknowledged, I received my food. Of course it was cold and greasy.

The food has actually been pretty good. I like getting ice cream here.

Overall had to wait 30+ minutes for some food. The food was adequate, but I had already been charged and 20 minutes goes by with no food. Had to wait an additional 10+ after I rang again letting them know. Four other cars, who got there after I had rang again, got their food first. Nothing was done to make up for it just a “sorry for the wait.” It might be better to stick with the drive-thru.
