Sonic Drive-In

I’m sad to say this is a total shame to the “Sonic Drive-In” name!! I WILL NOT BE DINING THERE IN THE FUTURE!!!! The outside atmosphere is the iconic theme for the establishment, yet at this particular location, the table-seating for dining, is being used as a tie off spot for a poor helpless dog!!! Not only is it unsanitary, the poor dog has been left there every day for at least 4hrs at a time at 10am 2pm specifically (when I travel this route to and from work, and take my lunch in that area.)I used to eat at my favorite burger place, Sonic, but I now choose to take my business across the street to Sharp’s Burger Ranch or Pizza Hut and I sit in my car and watch this poor dog, just wishing I could enjoy a sonic burger like I used to!! But nope! It’s sad cause no one ever checks the poor

Manger Tia at the Lewiston, Idaho location was so unhelpful and not only was rude to my Doordasher and myself. I ordered a whole meal for myself since I was in the hospital and really haven’t had “real” food. So I really craved your food. But you disappoint me every single time I order through you guys. Your website says your Pretzel twists are given with ONE cheese sauce packet. I ordered TWO- and the refused to give me any without another charge for the condiment. I would have had no problem paying the extra, but they treated their customers with absolute disrespect. To be this upset over a CHEESE SAUCE is stupid. Fix your website. Sonic and Lewiston Sonic, get your stuff together. You’re scamming, and shorting people. If it were you, you’d be just as upset as I am. Good luck with y

It's still fun to have the car hop experience! The food is good and the customization is incredible! Drinks, shakes and desert in general is always a good time! The chili cheese fries are to die for! We have never been disappointed here.

Burger tasted like fish had to throw the entire meal away. Wasted my money. They use to be good but seem to have gone down hill in the past year.

My husband and I quite frequently stop to get a snack while we are out running errands, usually it is a grilled cheese sandwich. Today we stopped around 12:30 and got 2 grilled cheese which are normally very good; today I guess the cheese was extra because both of us got almost nothing on. 2 pieces of toasted bread.
