Hot Shots Espresso , Drive Thru

This place is fantastic and Amazing. The drink selections are tasty and flavorful. Everything they sell here is great. Not only those reasons. The Staff is the best anywhere. Excellent customer service and friendly service. That's why this Hot Shots Expresso store always has a line around the building. I'm able to get to know each staff member from watching their TikTok live stream which shows just how hard they work and at such a frantic pace. Staff mentions.. Hailey co-owner and the best attitude in dealing with the customers and the staff. Morgan always very friendly and helpful and makes everyone feel welcomed there.. Mya also top notch and skilled in the way she deal's with all the people. Lots more staff there that excel you just need to go there and see for yourself. 😊

Delicious coffee. Fast friendly upbeat service from a unique crew of batista's that seem to truly be having a good time at work. While the service is quick I have never felt rushed by the crew and they are always working together to get the perfect coffee to the customer. Hot Shots Rocks

The staff is always kind, social, and make sure your coffee is done correctly. Even if that means you have to go back. No one else makes the best butterscotch mocha hot or cold. 😊

I came by the morning of 01/27. I wanted to make sure my card would go through so I asked the girl if I could pay for my coffee before she made it and she told me no that they can't do that. I pointed out that if she made the coffee and then the card got declined then they'd have to throw away the coffee and she still continued to tell me they can't charge someone before they make the coffee.

Just curious, does this location have a liquor license? Approximately 1:30-2:00PM, 5/20/2024, observed young male, 19-20yrs old, about 5'7, brown hair drinking 2 corona beers inside this location (cafe).
