Blend

As a thriller and romance author, I like to escape from being in front of the computer and Blend is a great place to do it. They offer healthy options for meal replacements when I need something different. Samantha and Jacob run The Blend smoothie shop right by the UPS Store in Southgate Plaza off Bryden Ave. The interior is upbeat and inviting, and there’s always someone there to greet you. The place gets good traffic. I had a mango blend on this visit and it hit the spot, giving me the energy I needed to push through the rest of the day. They also have a drive-through if you don’t feel like getting out of your car. I like the holiday decorations they put up in the winter. It adds a nice touch. Love this place! My drinks are always delicious and Jake and Sam are such wonderful people. It’s a great family friendly environment. So grateful I found a healthy place to get drinks.

I absolutely love the drinks from Blend! I haven't tried the food but I absolutely plan to! The drinks make me feel so good! My brain feels less foggy since drinking the refreshers! Just over all feel much better! I love Sam and Ashley! They always great me with a smile! Great energy all around!

Exceptional service! Ashley & Sam were very helpful, thoroughly explaining the menu, & the high protein, and clean ingredients that go into the bowls, & drinks. Inviting atmosphere to come and enjoy a book, or meet a friend for a quality, filling meal. We will be back!

It has a family atmosphere and they are very helpful and kind. You can dine in or pre-order your food and they'll make it for you and then you can also take your food with you.
