Sonic Drive-In

I never had more problems at this chain/location than others, but I ordered a truffle blast today on the app and when it was brought to me, it looked like it was eaten on. It wasn't full and looked like it wasn't mixed either. There was a pile of toppings in the corner.

absolutely ridiculous… me and my family were just passing through and ordered food. My son‘s burger bread was moldy. We sent it back and our second burger had sand all over it. We did not eat any of our food. My daughter got a chicken sandwich and said her chicken was sour. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called and did the complaint in the manager was supposed to reach out and give a refund of course we never got that. I will never go to Sonic ever again grossed out.

Stopped for the Smashburger. First, the slot we drove in wasn’t working but no one answered although it said button had been activated. Moved to another, gave our order but couldn’t pay, screen wasn’t working. Received our order, went home & found we didn’t get exactly what we ordered! Prices are high, & didn’t get what we ordered?! Sonic has disappointed us. Not eating here again.

Ordered a burger and asked for no pickles. Not only did the burger have pickles on it, but there was a HAIR on one of the pickles. Had to drive all the way back to Sonic. A lady asked if I wanted a refund or a new burger. I requested both because 1.) there was a hair on it so I wasn’t going to eat the original burger and 2.) I had to drive over 20 minutes total to go back to Sonic the second time. She refunded me and gave me a new burger, but she seemed very bothered by the fact that I asked for both. Definitely know now to check my burger before driving all the way home. I just think it was unprofessional for her to act bothered by my request for both a refund and new burger. Had there not been a hair on it, I would’ve just requested a new burger. However, when you give someone the wrong

A few thing's: This sonic Has great customer service, And sometimes food. The "Onion Rings" At this particular Sonic I've gotten maybe 4 times and every time They were Greasy. I don't have any pictures of the food, but I did come across this and it wasn't very appealing.
