Sonic Drive-In

1/24/26 stall 21 ref#172932337. Not using her name but if management actually looks at this they will know who it was... She must really dislike her job. Not polite, no smile and her voice seamed angry to be working. First of all sitting more than 8 minutes after button push is a no go. 2 drinks wrong. One was completely the wrong drink and the other was not easy ice. Both drinks were fixed. Not with a smile but with a scowl. Service industry sweetheart -you are supposed to smile at all times... And say thank you. Your tone of voice cost you a tip. The length of wait to even get to the order was too long. And then you are the one who took the order .. to deliver anything other than what was ordered shows a lack of care. I hope you learn and do better in the future...

I love Sonic! It is some of the best fast food available and the workers are so sweet, HOWEVER!!! I give this place a two stars because how DARE they make one employee work Friday night with football games going on everywhere? This poor guy is trying to cook food, take orders, and run out food ALL BY HIMSELF! And he's the manager! Cooperate is making him work alone because of "labor costs." Respectfully that is some BS. Don't overwork and underpay your employees!!! I will boycott ordering from this establishment if they continue to do this. Do better.

I got a Sonic with cheese no lettuce and it was loaded with onion and wasn’t even really hot. But I was starving and I ate it. I didn’t get sick so that’s good. I usually never have a prob here. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday.

Service here has gone way downhill, I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito and what I got could barely be compared to a dry sausage wrap. It was less than half the size I expected, no zesty cheese sauce, 2 tiny half strips of bacon, 5 tots and a half order of eggs with 1 old cold rubbery sausage patty cut into strips.

Drank a good amount of strawberry cheesecake milkshake and at the bottom it tasted like rotten fruit, it was a red syrupy paste. I almost threw up because it smelled and tasted absolutely horrendous
