Hamburger Depot

Stopped by Hamburger Depot and this place is the real deal. This is the original location and it shows in the best possible way. No frills, old fashioned, and proudly unchanged. Just a classic American burger joint that knows exactly what it is and does it right. The burgers are simple, hot, and delicious with that old school flavor you just do not find very often anymore. Nothing fancy, nothing overthought, just solid comfort food done with consistency and care. The vibe feels like stepping back in time and that is part of the charm. If you are looking for a polished modern burger concept, this is not that. But if you want an authentic, nostalgic, small town Texas burger experience, this place absolutely delivers. A Jasper classic and a spot that deserves to stay exactly the way it is.

Burger Depot has a great hometown feel with friendly customer service. The burgers are fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The menu offers a good variety, and the portions are satisfying. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and tasty meal.

Facility looks a little sketchy and it is kind of between two streets, so hard to spot, but the food was excellent. We tried three different burgers and they were all excellent. Fries were average and onion rings were excellent. Three of us ate for an average of $15 per person. Burgers, fries and drink. They had good sweet tea and they also offer Mr. Pib which is very rare in our area.

I loved the crew here. They had so much spunk and smiling faces. I was very pleased with everything. The place is nothing fancy but those places always seem to be the best. My burger and homemade chips were cooked perfectly. I had a cup of brown gravy for my burger and nacho cheese for my chips. So good

First time there I enjoyed it had a bacon cheeseburger ok here we go the single patties are as large as most places double so if get a double it's going to be like getting a quadruple just let you know and it's worth it also the folks there seem friendly even though they were very busy
