Sonic Drive-In

I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the service I received today. Despite the poor weather conditions, the staff member on duty was visibly frustrated by my presence and provided an incredibly uncomfortable experience. While I understand many employees are young, there is a clear need for better training on workplace professionalism and attitude management. I am reaching out to corporate directly as I have been informed that local management is unresponsive to these concerns. I hope to see this addressed to ensure future customers feel welcomed, regardless of the weather.

*This review is from a local and regular at this Sonic location in Jackson, MO. 2nd edit tried it again after the last terrible visit: I'm completely done with Sonic now. I ordered a BLT and the picture below is what I got. Outrageous. Hardly any lettuce, bacon, and mayo...and a single tomato slice. This location in particular is stingy with their ingredients for some reason. Not sure who is driving this but it needs to end. This location in particular is also stingy with sauces. Once again no cheese sauce for pretzels. I pushed the red button and waited a few minutes for someone to answer. Then waited about 6 more minutes before we actually got the sauce in hand. Literally the worst sonic I have ever seen and been to. Every single time I’ve been to this location in the last few years my orders has been messed up or have had missing items. Then you go to ask about the problem and they act like they don’t know what to do or have excuses that don’t add up.

We placed an order and when we went to pay the order was wrong. They did not take the coupon off. My son asked her to check the order. The manager told us she was right and we were wrong. She was very rude and disrespectful. We let her keep the food and we came to Cape and they were excellent!!
