Ordered a $3 jr cheeseburger. The employees literally just microwaved an old one. It tastes worse than high school cheese burgers. I also asked for 2 marinara sauces for my mozzarella sticks and I got one and a ranch??? Terrible and lazy
The employees don’t care about their job, the location is not maintained and the food is garbage. I love the sonic franchise, but this location is trash. Every time we go there they get something wrong about our order or forget parts of our order altogether. This time when we went and got the ice cream all of our ice creams look like it had eggs in it; there were kernels of some thing throughout the hot fudge, and ice cream had to throw it all out/ made our stomachs turn. when we showed the cashier, she said there was nothing wrong with it and told me to take my ice cream. Well, when you wonder why the Door Dasher is texting you that they had to get in a long line in the Drive-thru to pick up your food. It's more painful for the Door Dasher, who actually serves as the cushion between the merchant and the client to pick up food and deliver it as requested.
Ordered a large strawberry slush to find that there was just ice for 4/5 of the cup and the 1/5 was syrup and nerds only at the top. Crazy work.
Sonic served us some BURNT footlongs... I went in with photos of the hotdogs asking for my replacement and they said there's nothing they can do without the receipt or the name of the manager that I spoke with. I'm pretty sure the receipt was stuck to the bag that was thrown away smh
