Sonic Drive-In

Last sonic with good ice, changed their ice to crushed / cylinder ice this past week. : ( I called & asked multiple workers if they were changing ice to which they scoffed each time. Even asked them to ask their manager. Would have bought twenty bags if I’d known.

They must be guarding the chili and cheese like it’s gold. My ‘chili cheese’ Frito wrap showed up as nothing but a plain Frito wrap—dry, sad, and not a trace of what I paid for. I added chili to my burger too, and it looked like the spoon just waved over the bun without actually touching it. Sonic, y’all have got to stop being stingy.

We live 45 minutes away, but Harrisonville is the closest Sonic to us. We made a special trip just to get a shake and some tots. The tots were mixed with fries and both tasted like they were WEEKS old. We couldn't eat them. Just threw them in the trash. My wife couldn't drink the shake because the straw was so flimsy it would collapse. She waited until we got back home and got a good straw. It was a very good shake. But for more than $9.00 with the tax, you can't give out real straws? We won't go back. Ever.

Ordered 2 pretzel sticks got home NO CHEESE SAUCE. called the store and the lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE when I asked if they were out of cheese sauce. And DID NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF REFUND OR CORRECTION for their mess up. All she said sorry guess we forgot it. And this ISN'T THE FIRST TIME it has happened!!!!!! Won't be back anytime soon!!!!!

I really can't rate Atmosphere, but the burgers were all over cooked. Burnt edges with a bad taste. By far the worst burger purchased. When a meal costs $15+ (a Double with Onion rings), I expect better. I have gotten better. The grill needs to be cleaned and don't burn the burger over the fear of making it slightly pink. It almost tastes like bad fish. I have the receipt to prove proof of purchase. And yes it is a waste of time to drive there to get a replacement or some sort of coupon for another meal. The problem is with the consistency. We need people who actually care about the quality of Workmanship. I know it's not the greatest job but I remember flipping burgers and it did matter to me what went out. Every burger was cooked as best as I could and I cared what Mr and Mrs Smith got
