Sonic Drive-In

I feel that some of these reviews are misleading. The food is always great when I come in. If they messed up my order, they are always happy and ready to fix it. They have a six dollar meal deal right now on their smasher combos that are hard to beat on the pockets. Very much enjoy this location and hope that we can keep them in Fort Wright! Friendly management and staff. I was missing a burger out of my order last night and the manager Erica was happy to help me with a credit. Will return!

One of my favorite Sonic locations. Every time I visit, the food is piping hot and the service is efficient and very welcoming. The GM Erica is truly wonderful; she’s so thoughtful and always goes out of her way to make sure every guest is taken care of.

I just want to give a big shout out to the manager erica! She is the sweetest and is always so helpful when making an order. She is always smiling and really looks like she enjoys her job! I definitely coming back to this sonic!

So I ordered four burgers and two large tater tots and four shakes had Uber pick it up. All he brought was the shakes and two burgers left the other two burgers and tater tots at Sonic because they didn't put it out for him. So I call and they're telling me all they can do is give us a credit. Won't replace the food or give me my money back. The lady I talked to on the phone said there's nothing she can do. The moment I said well you owe me the money for food you never gave me and I will come out there with the police to get it she hung up the phone. The most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my life horrible horrible customer service. Warning to everybody please do not go to this Sonic you have multiple options out there on 3L. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually care

Update: On February 16, 2026, I placed our regular drink order on the subpar Sonic app that corporate must rectify, although such a change is unlikely. The order was scheduled to be ready at 2:11 p.m., and we parked in a stall and checked in as usual. The app indicated that our order was ready, and approximately 10 minutes after checking in, the screen at stall 5 displayed our order was on the way. Regrettably, our drinks never arrived, and we remained there, observing every stall empty as individuals who arrived after us placed orders and received their orders, while we were still waiting. When I placed this order, we had sufficient time to collect it and my daughter to drive me home and get to work. However, due to the incompetence of the employees, this did not transpire.
