Ordered french fries , but they gave me tater tots and then when I pulled out my soft pretzel, there was literally four specs of salt on it.

the food and service here is almost always great. Biggest issue - its awful getting TO sonic. The entrances have massive erosion/potholes and it gets worse every time it rains. I don't have a truck and my car bottoms out if I take the correct entrance

Update - I ordered the Supersonic Burrito. Got this grease taco instead. Was at home before I discovered this. Went right back to the Elgin Sonic to take it back. What in the heck is this supposed to be? I ordered a chili cheese dog with relish and onions. Are onions green like pickles now? Ridiculous! PS. The new pickles SUCK! The bun was super soggy and there was MAYBE 1/2 tablespoon of chili.

It's been about 8 months since I had Sonic. It's still very good. I had a cheese burger, onion rings and a route 44 sweet tea

Where to start… We ordered 5 popcorn chicken meals and a kids meal. I understand it takes time to make the food and get it out. No complaint there. But when I finally got my food and checked it, I was missing 3 tater tot sides, the entire kids meal, and one drink. I also only got 1 barbecue sauce for all 5 popcorn chicken meals. When I asked the girl for more she said she would have to charge. Charge for what? I ordered 5 meals. We should at minimum get 2 sauces for each. Then she says oh, well I can get them for you since you’re missing food. Yeah, okay. I wouldn’t mind paying if I had more than enough sauces. Do better.
