We dined at Firewild for Valentine’s dinner. The menu was on point, everything complimented each other, the food was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were also fabulous. I just wish they were open on a regular basis because the food is excellent.

Family owned and absolutely delicious brunch! I've been here twice and both times were divine to my taste buds. It's worth the 30 min drive for me to come back :) All the food I've had so far has delicious combinations that I would never consider but somehow work together really well. My absolute favorite is the sweet potato dish (especially if you mix the eggs in with it. I also appreciate there are plenty of vegetarian options(not that I ordered it intentionally but it just so happened to be what I ate that day). Desserts have also never disappointed. That strawberry cheesecake, BEST CRUST EVER!

BLOWN AWAY. Elgin is lucky to have such high level cuisine. 100% worth a drive even if you are from further away. We had the app platter, with skordelia and baba, kefta, grilled chicken with rice and salad, lamb flatbread, roasted carrots, roasted potatoes, watermelon with mint and feta, watermelon margarita, spritz, and summer love zero proof mocktail. The food came out quickly, it was seasoned well, plated beautifully, and the cook was perfect. The drinks were fresh and balanced. Decor was natural, warm, inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, polite. This is where we will be taking our family and friends who visit!
