Sonic Drive-In

The shorts are second time to eat at this location. The first one unfortunately was not the very best because they mixed up our order and when we went up to the window they asked us why did we go up to the window even though they had asked us to go up to the window. Then they had problems processing the gift card that we had and we were about to pay cash for it but then they got more confused. Finally after waiting for close to 20 minutes and being only the third car, another server came out and apologized, which we appreciated and gave us the two mini blasters for free. They were nice but confused. Today we returned and things were much more organized. The touch screen on our stall did not work properly which was a bit frustrating, but the food came promptly and it was good. We like Sonic

I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered a Garlic Butter Bacon Cheese Burger. I was charged for a Garlic Butter Bacon Cheese Burger. I got a plain bacon cheese burger with no condiments, pickles, tomato, nothing. And tasted so bad I could only take one bite. Bland is too good of a word to describe it. I will never order through DoorDash at this restaurant because it seems they don't particularly care about getting orders correct when putting them together. Ofc, I was CHARGED for the Garlic Bacon Cheese Burger. I will not even go there and I recommend that no one else does. My daughter, whose app we used for this order, wrote a review and sent pictures, but it is pending for them to "decide" to publish the review. Should my hotdog really look.like this? Why do they consistently deliver messy hot dogs and take pride in food delivery? This is truly unnecessary

It all starts from the drive thru. First off nobody on the microphone taking orders should have an attitude period!!! What do you want is the first thing said to me. Not a welcome to sonic may I take your order. This happened on Sunday around 1130. She had black long hair and looked Indian I'll let you figure out the rest. The burgers I had ordered came out poor never have I paid over 20$ for food that is struggling to go together. This is an ongoing thing at this location. If they aren't happy to work then fire them . If they want to immediately be rude to customers then Fire them!!! Yours truly a customer who cares!!

When we fist pulled in, the menu screens weren't working. We honestly should of just went though the drive though at this point, but we persisted and got someone to finally take our oder. The lady taking me oder was rude, short with me and snippy. The women who delivered the food was kind, but since the screens weren't working, we didn't pay yet. She almost let us have the food for free before I reminded her. When we got home two fries where missing, and so was the sauces, that the snippy lady insisted she heard and got. Probably won't be going here for a while, not worth the struggle.
