Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal got a sandwich that was the less than regular sized with a slice of cheese on it no cheddar cheese and no sauce but was still charged $15.61 for this. Called back up and I was told that cheddar cheese machine was out of order and I told them that would have been nice to know and I would have ordered something different and the response was “sorry we’re trying our best”. Hate to know this is their best effort. Rip off. Will never go back there again.

The only good thing i can say is the guy running the front was trying extremely hard. I ordered two of the new boxes (roast beef) and a half pound roast beef combo with cheese sticks. I arrived before my order was done (not a complaint) and I live less than three minutes from this location. None of the cheese sticks we hot we had to reheat them and I've ordered them tons of times they never get cold in the 3 minutes it takes to get home so they were either old or undercooked the half pound roast beef was smaller than the regular roast beef that came in the box and yes I used my meat scale to weigh them because just pulling it out of the bag it felt light. It had less than a quarter pound of meat on it. I would personally advise anyone wanting Arbys to choose a different location. This isn'

Tried the steak bowl & wife ate the Italian sandwich. Both were very good. Will definitely eat these items again.

Such a great time to get off work stop on way home order french dip, an steak bite combo. Drive home , man where's the dip. Defeats the The purpose of ordering the French dip. Major bummer

I just left from here on my way to work and it was super slow and when I got to the window the dude was barely talkative. I get not liking your job but I work in customer service you have to fake it all sometimes. Anyways Im leaving such a bad review because I just made it to work and immediately started throwing up because of the food. When I first opened the roast beef sandwhich I initially thought it smelled funny but then I smelled again and it didnt smell the same as it did at first but right when I walked into work I had to go throw up. Didn’t even get to clock in yet.
