Sonic Drive-In

My first time eating Sonic's food, the fries and tots were really good, and the chicken sandwich looks good too but the lettuce is kinda gross and wilty looking? Its brown and does not look good at all. Still ate it tho, overall 8.5/10

2-9-24 once again a failed promotional item. 2/3/24 still the best Sonic around. 1/27/24 I was wanting to review the peanut butter bacon supersonic double but..... did not receive the double. Very disappointed. They have messed up a lot I mean a lot since my last review. The best Sonic around. Although the last two times I've been here they have been busy and messed up my orders. Still love this place and will keep coming back

Someone stole my engine while I was waiting for my food. And Bryer Wagner came and beat up the thief and replaced my engine by himself. He also paid for my food and gave me a kiss on the cheek. 5 Stars best service ever.

Ordered ahead for a specific time pick up. Was there on time. The screen said Morgan was on her way- 7 minutes later- got our 2 drinks. She was friendly and drinks tasted good. She was obvious busy and I had to wait for 2 drinks longer than I feel necessary.also, credit card reader looms to be damaged and I wouldn’t use that if asked to because maybe it has been tampered with.

Some of the order spaces are out of order and a lot of them are mobile pick up only. We drove 15 minutes to get food and they didn't appear very busy. The poor young lady taking our order was completely frazzled and couldn't seem to get our order right. It was a very simple order and she just couldn't get it right. Ordered a number 4 combo with tator tots and didn't get the tots. When we pushed the button to let them know she acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. Everyone has a bad day but if you see an employee struggling take them off the speaker. This Sonic needs help to handle the customers in a more efficient manner. Fast isn't always good.
