Brush Creek Golf

Stopped in for dinner with the family on the way to the Balloon Festival in Columbus, KS. Wow! Very cool restaurant with friendly and outgoing servers. The food was great and by no means was it bar food! We loved the look inside with the large garage style glass doors showing the outside patio (they were closed because of the cold) but I can only imagine how neat it would be during the warmer months! Definitely going back!!

The only website they have is Facebook, I don't have Facebook, and not everyone does. So I couldn't see when their hours were for weekend play. I got here at 3:15pm on a Sunday to play 9 holes and was turned down after driving from Joplin. What golf course shuts down at 3:15 on a Sunday? Even though there were 30 other people out there playing and one guy was even on hole 1 teeing off. So he just got there too. The reason for being turned down, the lady running the place said she had to leave at 4pm. Ok that's fine, I can put my own cart away, not a big deal.. but nope sorry you can't play. I won't be coming back. This course was on the 4 State Golf Card so I decided to give it a chance. I say take this course off the card and put the Schifferdecker course back on there instead.

We had 2 BLTs & there was lots of bacon. One of the very best. Onion rings were great!! The food was to go. I am disabled & the waitress offered to take it to the car. We will be back!!!

Just played here absolutely no where online or in the club house saying what 18 holes cost. I’ll go ahead and be the one to let you know it was 45 dollars to play 18 here. Sounds like not too bad of a deal butttttt this course quite literally does not have fair ways or grass for that matter and the greens were probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The pace of play was horrendous had a group of 7 that would not let a single play through them. And for the food I would’ve rather ate a rear end of a skunk with no pickle lettuce or tomato. As far as hospitality they were very happy to just stick it in and break it off with these prices. I’d rather 3 hours and go play mules national in warrensburg mo “not sponsored” where I can play for 16 dollars after 4 and actually play on a real golf course. If

Great clubhouse with a very nice patio. Large bar 🍸 sandwiches salads soft drinks. I think they had a couple of higher end items.
