Sonic Drive-In

Went on Saturday, got the kids the new grilled burger, and i got the queso wrap. The wrap was lacking at best. It was so good that I came back today. But today, service was lacking. They gave us 2 grilled chesses instead of the new burgers.. called and manager Michael made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't get the correct items... I definitely won't be back to this location... new menu, new look, same disappointment in service. Looks like the health department decided to stop by...

every time i get the urge for sonic im quickly reminded that this location is genuinely just the worst. the staff are friendly so im assuming management is the issue or perhaps training idk but god it’s just truly bad. the food i just received had lettuce that was wilted and soggy and clearly old. the reason for me getting irritated enough over fast food was the sonic blast. i would always argue sonic blasts were the best, til today🤗 🙄 a small blast with like half a cookie crumbled on top. i checked the rest, like dug through and it was just straight vanilla ice cream, no cookie (oreo). i pressed the button to ask for more thinking it was a mistake and they stated “this is standard” and id have to pay fifty cents for more lol oh okay! so garbage is standard! also, just discovered the ice i

I ordered a BOGO foot long chili dog. I got 2 foot long dogs. Only an ounce of chili on it. So little that half the hotdog had none. This is the second time this has happened. I spoke with cooperate and there are no guild lines to the amount of chili to put on it. I spoke with the manager the first time and I was informed that it gets one spoon full. Not a ladle full but a teaspoon full. I spoke with the district manager that was going to fix this. I tried again months later and yet the same results. I am done with all Sonics. These companies believe we as customers are stupid. They are cutting back the quantity and the quality to save a few bucks on food cost. I am boycotting all companies that rob their customers and don't feel any shame in doing it. Save your money and go where you are

I used to be a Sonic cook myself in during my high school years (2010-2011) at the Louisburg location. This location really hasn't been it for the last 7 years. It's a really big hit or miss. For the most part, your best bet is the burgers. Chicken usually is burnt or been in the warmer drawer for too long making feel rubbery. Tots usually come over cooked fresh from the fryer, or been under the warmer light for 10 minutes too long. Chili usually has a darker than normal look and is not as runny. Been a struggle but last time was more than annoying. Forgot the gravy on the chicken strip meal

I really hope the managers read these because the employee tonight was amazing. I'm pretty sure he was the only one working, which I know sucks. But the employees name was Reese, and i think he absolutely deserves a hell of a raise.
