Sonic Drive-In

Received uncooked onion rings. Also asked for a side of mustard and did not receive.

This location was once really good. But the last several times we’ve been there they keep messing up our orders. We order online, so there’s not a microphone misunderstanding, it’s just plain carelessness. Tonight we got our order in and a little bit later showed up at the store. They brought our drinks to us right away. Then I sat for about 15 min at the window waiting for the food. During this time, there were 5 people at the front end. One was making drinks for an order and the other 4 were walking around, talking, putting receipts and stickers on each other, and occasionally looking my way through the window. Finally, after 15 minutes, I got handed a bag. We ordered 4 combos. There were two in this bag and a corn dog. I said it wasn’t our order and handed it back. Now, I had to loo

Update 9/3/25 - Well, it’s was fun while it lasted but the service has tanked at this location. Pretty much like every sonic in Denton County. They have been consistently getting our orders wrong. The food is not even warm when we get it. We mostly order via the app, so is that the problem? I don’t know. But I do know I’m taking this Sonic off my list. As far as Sonics go this is one of the better ones. They always get my order correct and they are super nice.

I'm a frequent customer. It's a busy location, but Manager Ana and her crew have offered consistently friendly, quick, and quality service. I really like having a Sonic with a drive-thru window. My favorite items include the onion rings, cheddar peppers, and the Footlong Chili Cheese Coney.

they cannot get an order correct and Gladis doesn't care one bit. ask for a hot fudge sundae and you get nothing but vanilla ice cream. ask for no tomato on a burger - you are getting ALL the tomatos. now, you might ask "check before you leave" but we are a big family and there are always cars in the drive thru. just... go to the one on 407 in double oak - there they actually get your order correct.
