Somunnan Kimbap & Sushi

A small boutique shop that specializes in handmade rolls. The rolls are made to order. I sampled the eel roll. It came in 10 pieces with wasabi, ginger, & soy sauce. I sat on the only stool available and looked out the window. The eel roll was sweet, savory, & succulent. 👍👍 This is mainly a takeout shop but can accommodate 2 patrons to sit by window. I enjoyed the freshness & process. Will return again to sample other items.

Cute little Kimbap store. No indoor setting and cash only. Freshly made Kimbap which takes <5 mins to make. Got the spicy tuna roll which was delicious! Good amount of kimbap for the price. Can be a small meal or a decent snack.

Oh man...used to be good but not anymore. Is it impossible to find a restaurant with decent food in this economy???? Look at how big this ham and carrot is cut and no seasoning whatsoever 😵‍💫 sucks because I want to give her more business but this can't be justified can it?

I'm so sorry to give 1 star because the lady seemed nice and I want to support local businesses, but it was bad. As a korean, there are certain basics that all kimbaps have and this was lacking everything- the stuffing ingredients are cut up big, the roll wasn't tightly rolled, the rice to stuffing ratio was off, there was no sesame oil on the seaweed wrapper, no sesame seeds either. FYI no indoor seating. Cash only. The only positive is there is a variety and the price- all rolls $7-10. Still, I do not recommend.

Racist place! I came in with my sister to get sushi and when we ordered nicely she gave us a horrible attitude and told us that she was going to take the next person's order and that we had to wait 10 minutes!!!Another Korean customer came and she attended them so nicely. I'm not sure if she does this to all Hispanic customers but she should not give preference to one race! Very disrespectful. Not the first time!! The owner needs to do something regarding her behavior :( !
