Adam's Chicken & Pocha

First time here! Always wanted to visit but it was busy whenever I tried, glad I came here today with my brother. Only heard good things about Adam’s Pocha and this exceeded all expectations. To start we ordered the cod roe, bacon, and scallion pasta that was reminiscent of a carbonara - savory and perfect amount of salt & umami. Absolutely devoured and then yapped over two house highballs mixed with cordials. The warm bubbly & server recommended the earl gray with apples and I was not disappointed especially being a bartender myself I was impressed by how simple and refreshing it was. Flushing has a lot of Korean fried chicken spots but doesn’t really have places that shine like this. This place was amazing! All the food we ordered was a hit and the mock tail I got was amazing! The staff was also super friendly and attentive! We'll be back again to try other things on the menu!

I recently visited Adam’s Chicken, and I’m already counting down the days until I can go back. I ordered the half fried chicken with sweet spicy sauce, and it was absolutely fantastic—crispy on the outside, perfectly juicy inside, and the sauce had the ideal balance of sweetness and heat. The real surprise, though, was the creamy pasta with cod roe. Rich, silky, and packed with flavor, it was one of the best fusion pasta dishes I’ve ever had. It paired so well with the chicken that I’d recommend getting both. And I can’t forget the homemade chips with a dried-shrimp dip. I honestly can’t even explain how good it was—unique, savory, and addictively delicious. It’s the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. The food was phenomenal and what made the experience the best was the service! My fiancé and I really wanted to try the rotisserie chicken because we heard it was delicious - it was everything we thought it would be! Chicken was soft, succulent, and tasty! Soju drinks were also tasty, not too sweet we got the Mango Pineapple and the Hibiscus Lemon. Also ambience is nice you can hear other talk which made it for a very nice date night!

A friend brought me here, and it was a pleasant surprise. First of all, the waitress was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and had such a warm smile. I found myself saying, "whoa," throughout the meal. You gotta come by! Not pictured is the fried oysters (which were delicious btw), but oh man did that chicken have a great CRUNCH! It came with a side sauce, but we almost forgot about that. The chicken itself was so tender, juicy, and had the perfect coating of sauce. The soup stole the show for me, personally. Light broth, rich seafood flavour, perfect balance of spicy & savory. I could see myself easily coming back and just eating that soup on a nice cold day.
