Noodle valley

this place was absolutely delicious ! it’s my new favorite soup spot. the classic beef soup is delicious. it’s a hole in the wall that deserves a lot more recognition. i’ve been here a couple times now and it never disappoints

The food was great, I honestly can't wait to go back and try more. Very clean atmosphere. It seems like a counter service restaurant but it is not. The scallion pancake had great flavor, not greasy. The beef in the braised beef soup was extremely tender. Soup dumplings were fantastic.

What a great new place. 13 bucks for fresh noodles!! Are you serious??? What a deal. Really lovely and savory Dan Dan Noodles and the broth of the Beef noodle soup is excellent. The cucumber salad is also refreshing with a nice tangy sauce. We ate these noodles and watched the 1981 film My Dinner with Andre, staring André Gregory and Wallace Shawn, which, now that i’m in a reviewing mode, i’d also highly recommend if you haven’t seen it. Anyway, I wish Noodle Valley nothing but success. Thank you very much.

Delicious food and super friendly service. I got the classic beef noodle soup and spicy wontons and it was all fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for both dine-in and takeout.

New local spot in Maspeth family owned business. I ordered for take out. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Noodles are hand-pulled. Prices are reasonable and the service was so good. I ordered 2 of their soups, dumplings and spring rolls. Highly recommend it! So good!
