SOHO Steak & Seafood Sushi Bar Waterway

My husband and I were very pleased with the service and the food. We had the hibachi steak, shrimp and chicken. The food was delicious. I only have a complaint about the steak. It was chewy which leads me to believe it wasn't filet Mignon. I would most definitely go back.

About a week ago, we ate here. The food was the best a year ago, but this time, some dishes were ok, while others were not. The entrée comes faster than the appetizers. Sushi came last after everyone was full. Sushi was supposed to be one of our appetizers. When the sushi arrived, the spicy tuna had a rotten smell and an awful taste. We had to call the server to inform him, but of course, we had to find him first. Anyway, he took the spicy tuna off the bill. This is our last visit 😔.

The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the drinks were strong! We had such a fun night celebrating my friend’s bachelorette, they made sure to congratulate her many times and even gave her complementary red velvet cake, which looked amazing!

Maybe one of the better meals I’ve had in some time. Everything from the sushi to the Spicy Pad Thai to the desert was great. The food all seemed super fresh and the presentation was great. The service was also good. We went around 4pm and got a table quickly. Our server was very friendly and took great care of us. The restaurant also seemed very clean. The bathrooms were also some of the nicest I’ve used in this area, which says a lot as they seem to be a pretty high traffic stop.

12/10 Food was amazing. “Ava” was our server and she was great! She even showed us the entire desert menu and let me tell you the cheesecake was delicious! Haven’t been to Myrtle beach since I was a child. This was a great way to come back! Thank you SoHo & Thank you “Ava”…
