I waited 20 minutes for 2 large smoothies. When I came back home to have them, one of them was opened and had spilled everywhere.The smoothie was 12 dollars on half off. Ridiculous pricing and they messed up my bowl! They didn’t give me the 5 dollars of extra topping I added. No wonder my friend quit. The place is unorganized and it starts with the ownership.

Ordered an açaí bowl with nut-free granola - ALLERGY from here, but received a bowl containing granola with tree nuts. I have an anaphylactic allergy to tree nuts and feel grateful that I checked before consuming the granola. If you have allergies, please do NOT order from here. It’s NOT safe. I have added a picture of an almond with the receipt clearly stating “NUT ALLERGY!!” for further proof.

Love that they're right in the heart of Cos Cob and offer convenient online ordering. This is exactly what our neighborhood needed - a healthy option that doesn't compromise on taste. Was hesitant to come given some of the reviews but I went last week to find out there’s new management. The owner John was super friendly and the bowls were perfectly made! Just the right amount of fruit and granola layered perfectly within the bowl. He also offered different toppings like almond butter, cookie butter and peanut butter to try! Will definitely be coming back more often!
