Greenwich Island Fin Poke

This was my first time going to Island Fin Poke and it was such an amazing experience! The owner Jaime was so friendly and sweet during the entire order! I had a sudden craving for poke since my last trip to Hawaii but I never found the right place to order from here in CT. If you want authentic amazing tasting poke definitely visit them! It was the perfect combo of flavors, textures and the best spicy chili oil ! He even let me taste their delicious dole whip!! 100% recommend!

One of the best poke bowls I have EVER had. Everything was so fresh and there are many options to choose from. Not only was the bowl absolutely delicious, but I was overwhelmed with everything and the guy at the counter helped me choose what to get and explained what everything was. So nice! Then Jamie the owner came out and was absolutely lovely! He gave me a paper to join the rewards program and delivery. His energy was incredible and he was so nice! THEN as I’m eating, Jamie brings me over a little cup of dole while to try. I mean this experience was 10000/10. WILL BE BACK! Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. I visited Greenwich Island Fin Poke for the first time today and from the moment I stepped into the restaurant to the moment I left, each touch point of the experience was outstanding. The owner and his colleague were friendly, welcomed us, explained things and gave us many options to prepare our bowls. The food looked appetizing and fresh, everything was clean, and as the process was moving along, the owner was chatting with us explaining the different foods and condiments. Greenwich Island Fin Poke offers a delightful fusion of flavors and exceptional service. The menu features uniquely refreshing ingredients like daikon, furikake, and a seafood salad base, creating a harmonious blend of tastes and textures. The friendly and welcoming owner enhances the dining experience, making guests feel right at home. The assortment of seafood is excellent, with fresh options such as salmon, ahi tuna, and octopus. I indulged a bit and added more salmon. Each selection is prepared with care, resulting in dishes that are both flavorful and satisfying. To conclude the meal, the Dole soft serve is a must-try; its delicious taste provides a perfect, refreshing finish.

Amazing place, my new favorite! Fresh, healthy, so much flavor, and gluten free! Very clean, very friendly, well designed (love the real surfboards on the wall and wood tables). Emily assembled my bowl, taking time to explain options and different flavors and had an opinion on what went well together which I appreciated. While I as there several return customers came in who shared my sentiment of what a great place it is, and so did a bunch of food delivery drivers. JD the owner was there to welcome people, make sure the assembly station was stock and in good order, and happy to talk about the sourcing for all the ingredients. Lastly, they offer a pineapple Dole Whip to finish which is dairy and gluten free - perfect ending to an amazing lunch bowl. If you’re in the Cos Cob area, do
