Snook Inn

We went here because of Google reviews. It's a nice place right on the water with beautiful views. We had to wait a bit for a sunny table, about 15 minutes. You definitely pay for the view here. The food was okay, not bad. I had the grouper Ruben, but when you're paying $18-25 for a sandwich, you expect the best ever. It was just average. Remember, you're paying for the view. For me, it's a one-and-done; if I go to Marco Island again, I won't need to go back to this restaurant.

Atmosphere was so fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was sooo nice and funny, which made the experience even better. We had the halibut and wow, it was incredible! The band was great!!! Everything was wonderful, and we had a great time. Definitely recommend!

Snook Inn should be on everyone’s list of restaurants when on Marco Island! Located on the water with great views of boats. Be prepared to wait for a table; however the food is worth it. All sandwiches and entrees come with a complimentary visit to the salad bar. Our group ordered the crab cake, fish and chips, and the lobster roll. Crab cake came with pineapple/mango fruit. Fish and chips was a generous 2piece portion with delicious seasoned ‘chips’ (fries). The lobster roll was served with crisp potato chips. All delicious! Antoinio was our attentive server. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We visited Marco Island for the day and checked out this restaurant based on recommendations by locals. The restaurant was packed and we waited an hour and 15 minutes for a table, in the meantime you can enjoy the live band and order drinks at the bar. The food was decent, nothing too crazy. Our favorites were the crab cakes and the lobster. The restaurant is by the water, with floor to ceiling windows and although it was dark when we visited I’m sure the view is nice during the day.

My favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere. It's right next to water. The waitress was good. The food was just OK in my opinion. I got the Mahi Mahi tacos. At one point I looked to see if I was eating fish or chicken because it was a little tough being fish and it didn't have much flavor. I actually added the garlic dressing from the salad bar which helped. My husband had the blackened grouper sandwich. He thought it was just OK. To him it was dry so he asked for some tartar sauce. He had one at the Sunset Grill and thought it was better, and cheaper. Our daughter had the kids pepperoni pizza. She liked it. All adult entrees come with the salad bar so that was a nice bonus.
