Great service! We arrived at 7:52p, not realizing that they closed at 8p. There were two larger groups ahead of us. One group gave the employees such a hard time. It was wild that customers could be so rude, and so close to closing time. The two girls working had SO much patience and handled the situation great. When it was our turn, they were so kind to us and understanding. Thank you, Sno Shack, for allowing us to make fun memories with our kids during the summer! Keep up the great work!

Visited this spot for the first time today, and the two young ladies running the shack turned us into loyal customers! Despite facing an EXTREMELY difficult customer and a long line just before closing, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. It was uplifting to see such dedication and work ethic from two young people, especially at a time when that’s often said to be rare.

The snow cone is good but make sure you bring cash. It is only 4 stars because it’s cash only. If they accepted credit cards, it would be 5 stars.

Literally the best snowcone/water ice you'll ever have. They have been around my whole life. They have like 60 flavors!!
