Smoove Ice Cream (Milpitas)

Second visit to Smoove, on our first visit we had the lychee ice cream(must try!) And this time we ordered the watermelon rose lychee float and the piña colada (coconut-based) float. The piña colada was our clear favorite … refreshing and nicely made. The watermelon rose lychee was okay-ish for us.. too many flavors and the crushed ice diluted it very quickly. We’d go back again, mainly for the other coconut-based options.

tried their watermelon lychee rose float. it felt extremely heart filling but very mild to the body! its a very small cutesy place with very little sitting space, but the people are super nice. my friend got the strawberry coconut float and it was amazing too. must try!

This ice cream shop opened recently and it serves ice cream, boba, croffles, floats, and all sorts of desserts. This is different because some of the ice cream is based on milk tea flavors like Jasmine Milk Tea and Peach Oolong. I had to ask the staff to try out a couple milk tea flavors since they are unusual to me. Honestly, the flavors don’t taste really bad. I did get the Earl Grey Tea flavor and the scoop is quite big for a single serving. The only issue with the restaurant is that there are limited seatings and that ice cream can melt when trying to order a takeout especially when it’s far from your home and the hot weather. Other than that, it’s a good place to go to if you enjoy ice cream and boba at the same time.

I was there yesterday and couldn’t stop Myself going back there that too being in a strict diet. This ice cream parlor is far superior to any other available in the market. Not only this is delicious, but the quantities are also unbelievably large by scoops Size wise . The colors are so different from any other ice cream I’ve had. Their ube ice cream was fantastic, and I tried a few others as well, and each one was equally good. Today is national ice Cream Day, and they’re giving away free ice cream all day. I tried brown sugar ice cream as brown sugar boba milk is my regular drink that I buy always. The young girl, Parishi, was very helpful and did a great job. I tried two scoops here—Puna Coco and Oolong Peach. Both flavors were okay, but I personally liked the Oolong Peach more for its light and refreshing taste. The shop has indoor seating available, so you can choose to dine in or take your order to go. There’s a parking lot in the plaza, which makes it convenient to visit. They also offer tastings, so you can sample flavors before deciding.
