Proper Punjabi khana in a parking lot - ki gal aa! Stopped here on my way to SJ and yaar, what a find! Had the chaap and chai today - ekdum perfect. Tasted like ghar da khana, not restaurant stuff. These brothers know what they’re doing. Service? Vadiya! Super friendly, quick, and you can feel that real Punjabi mehman-nawazi. Everything fresh, generous portions, made with pyaar. It’s a small food truck in Milpitas. It’s cheap and tasty. Amazing chhole kulche and huge parathas. Better when you eat there hot and fresh. The mango lassi was also good. The rajma chawal was great. Will definitely recommend and visit again to try kadhi chawal and chaap.

By far the best parathas I have had in the Bay. We got the Aloo and Gobi paratha and they were so delicious. The prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely be going back soon.

I was delighted to find Apani Royal Kitchen so close to our place in the Milpitas. Authentic North Indian flavors are hard to come by here, but this place truly exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the food so much that we have now become regulars here. We enjoyed chole bhature, samosa chaat, soya chaap, paneer tikka and Amritsari kulcha—each as good as I’ve had back in Delhi. Their shahi paneer, dal makhni, makki ki roti with saag, and crunchy jalebis were equally impressive, with just the right balance of spices and rich taste. We even got catering done for a fuction. Apani Royal Kitchen is the place for anyone craving authentic vegetarian North Indian cuisine.

Authentic North Indian fare! The food truck is tucked away in a corner, but totally worth finding. The chole bhature and aloo parathas were absolutely delicious 👍 The complimentary chai was refreshing. Will definitely visit again—owners and helpers are warm, friendly folks.
