Smokin Rick's Hickory House

My husband had the lunch special along with a chef salad and I had the potato soup with a grill cheese sandwich. Everything was perfect.

I haven't had really good catfish, like that in years. Everything was delicious and fresh. The catfish had a really crispy coating. The inside of the meat moist & and tender and not overcooked. The beans were spectacular...everything was! Will definitely be going back there. Wish they were open later. Our waitress was funny & informative. Really good dining experience.

I really REALLY like the food. The waitress is a lot of fun. You want to go somewhere where you will be treated like family? Well here's the place. You will be treated like that crazy Aunt or the generic cousin that you can relate to. You know that you're going to have a great time. Try it, you'll love it.

I eat here regularly it's GREAT. My goto order is a club sandwich and fries, but the burgers are fantastic as well. They have a daily special, snd a vast menu to choose from. The previous owners had it for several years and did a great job, and the new owner has been around the restaurant business and will do great as well. If you hadn't tried Hickory House I'd very much recommend it.

Was in town from South Florida and had breakfast here and it was great. The pancakes are so good the bacon was crispy not burt or greasy. Bisque and gravy is amazing. Wanted to get back to try dinner but didn't get too. This place is has great food, prices and staff.
