Howard County Public Library

Staff is friendly. Selection could use a bit of help, but I've noticed they've been clearing out books lately--possibly to make space for more variety. They do well trying to set up events to bring young readers in.

This is not a good library. It's in an old building with a bad musty smell. The staff wasn't friendly, unless they already knew you then they were all smiles. They had books for sale and I could use a new read, but couldn't find any I would pay a dime for. No Wi-Fi and they seemed shocked we would even ask (first library we have visited in 42 states that didn't have Wi-Fi). Kids area was small and didn't have anything kid friendly about it. This could be the worst library in the country!

Frendly staff always checks and makes sure you find what you need or want to read gives lots of information on stuff
