Simple Simon's Pizza

What an amazing meal experience! This was our first time as we were on our way through town from a camping trip. Cynthia, who is a shift leader there, is so helpful and is TOP TIER!! She was extremely kind and attentive to my family’s needs. The food was delicious and we’ll definitely make it part of our trip for next time! Thank you Simple Simon’s!

The restaurant is very clean and nice looking. The salad bar is excellent with chopped tomatoes and even pepperoni. Pizza is pretty good with the crust being the standout. I did not like the taste of the sausage they used on the pizza and the calzones. Buffet variety was ok but not great. The strangest thing is that when you order buffet they give you 2 plates but there are no additional plates stacked anywhere. I guess you have to ask for more plates?

We ordered pizza and breadsticks, the cashier didn’t let us know that it’s an hour long wait, who is going to wait an hour for pizza? There wasn’t even a queue, it’s just a bunch of kids back there laughing around. We got a refund after 30 mins and left.

The Nashville location wouldn't honor a gift card that was given as a donation to a children's event. The gift card was only $25!!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional, the card is good until 06/01/26. I have been a loyal customer for years but will no longer support this business. It was a $25 fake donation!!! Who does something like that???? It was for the kids!!!!!! Thank you but no worries, I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

The "chicken bacon ranch calizone" was So good. Tons of flavor and baked to perfection. But it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes! to make. That's ridiculous. We ordered it to go and sat down to wait. (Only one other customer in the restaurant at the time.) 20 minutes later, the shift manager & 2 other employees congregate at the front, talking about our order and staring at us, then the shift manager goes to the back and starts making it. Turns out, it took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich then realize it wasn't what we ordered. At no point does anyone come over to apologize or explain what's going on, so after 35 minutes of waiting, we're at the counter asking where our food is and got a 'whoops, it'll be out in a few'.
