Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ

First time visiting and was very impressed! I’m not too into bbq but my husband loves it! I got the BBQ chicken salad and it was so good. Definitely will go back.

A little disappointed with my visit. Got the 1/4 burnt ends fries and a margarita. Burnt ends was half fat. Got about 3 bites of actual brisket. Fries were overcooked. That being said the layout is awesome. Couple of adjustments and this place could be amazing. I'll be back.

Went for weekend lunch- nice location and has a good bar/restaurant vibe. Even when somewhat busy, we had great food and service. My kids liked the food and they had good options for young ones, along with lots of daily specials.

Decided to try this new restaurant for my birthday and wasn't disappointed. A good crowd was there in the evening due to one of the college bowl games. The service was just fine. The food was out of this world. Easily the best meal I had in the past 12 months. The brisket was like butter, the fries were perfect, and surprisingly their mac n cheese was also very good which IMO is unusual for restaurants. My only complaint is the amount of fries you get with an order is on the slim side, but that is easily fixed by ordering more. Definitely plan on making more visits through 2026.

Ordered takeout for the family. $81 for slab of ribs, 1/2 lb of brisket, 1/2 chicken, "large" mac & cheese, small potato salad and large cornbread. Food was disappointing and portions were small. Mac & cheese was a total bust, no flavor at all. Ribs tasted ok, pretty small though. Brisket was 70% fat, inedible. Chicken was not bad. Moist but a bit greasy and super smoky. Oddly, the best tasting item was the potato salad. Had high hopes but unfortunately won't be back.
